We're a gym that's striving to lead the population of Southern Oregon to transform their lives through exercise and nutrition. At CrossFit Ashland, we help our members to workout and eat in a manner that keeps them looking, feeling and performing their best. What we'll teach you is going to last a lifetime.
Each time you walk in the gym, one of our professional coaches will be there to guide you through the workout, provide motivation and answer any questions you have about your health and nutrition. Our welcoming community of members keeps it fun and encouraging.
If your willing to train an hour a day, at least 3 days a week (come more if you'd like!) and generally follow the nutrition we'll teach you, you're going to see amazing results. You can expect to lose fat, gain lean muscle, increase strength, boost your energy and increase your daily productivity level.
With our proven techniques, your going to leave the gym each day feeling more confident, powerful and vital in every aspect of your life.
